C Jones & Sons is a long-established, family-run construction and refurbishment contractor, founded in 1981. We are committed to delivering consistently high-quality services that meet or exceed the expectations of our customers and stakeholders across the residential, commercial, and public sectors.
 

Quality is central to everything we do. Our Quality Management System (QMS) provides the framework through which we plan, manage, monitor, and continually improve our activities to ensure safe, reliable, and professional delivery of all works.
 

OUR COMMITMENTS
 

C Jones & Sons is committed to:
 

• Delivering projects and services that meet agreed customer requirements, specifications, and timescales
• Complying with all applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and industry requirements
• Operating a risk-based approach to quality management to prevent defects, reduce rework, and improve performance
• Continual improvement of our processes, systems, and overall business performance
• Providing competent, trained, and engaged employees and supply chain partners
• Maintaining open, honest communication with clients, employees, suppliers, and other interested parties
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and using feedback to drive improvement
 

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
 

Our QMS is aligned with the requirements of ISO 9001 and is integrated into our day-to-day operations. It includes:
 

• Clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and authorities
• Documented procedures and controls appropriate to the scale and nature of our activities
• Ongoing monitoring of quality objectives, risks, opportunities, and performance
• Regular internal audits, management reviews, and improvement actions
 

Top Management is fully committed to the effectiveness of the QMS and ensures that this policy is communicated, understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the organisation.
 

This policy is available to all stakeholders and is reviewed regularly to ensure it remains appropriate to the purpose, context, and strategic direction of C Jones & Sons.
