Technology is progressing at a fast pace and where as in the past Flat Roof structures would be covered with ply decking and felt chipping’s, this process is frequently being replaced with more modern and durable techniques, when used it is mainly for the covering of small out houses and recovering of flat roofs.
 
Different products and methods have been developed to provide longevity, durability and in some cases to be eco friendly.  Many allowing the customer to chose a finish to complement their project.
 
With longevity comes the provision to supply the customer with longer guarantees on materials and workmanship.  Yes they may be a little more expensive, however over time this is recouped by not needing to replace the chipping’s, felt and even decking on the old style felt roof system.
