Re-roof carried out this comprises of new Acme Clay Tiles, felt roofs, lead clock tower, cornices, capping, new fascia, cladding and gutter.

The property was an educational establish with a main building and many different out buildings and annexes.  Because of the nature of its use the work was required to be completed out of term time with a strict deadline.
